We aim to ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days unless stated otherwise.
Domestic Shipping - Australia Post
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $250
Standard Shipping $10.00 (2 to 8 business days)
Express Shipping $15.00 (1 to 4 business days)
When selecting Standard Shipping, Australia Post may leave the package unattended if they consider the area safe,
as the authority to leave is the default option. Please note that we are not responsible if your parcel is lost or stolen
under these circumstances. To ensure a signature upon delivery, you must choose Express Shipping.
International Shipping - Australia Post
Shipping costs are determined by the package's weight, the chosen shipping method, and the delivery location.
Customers can review the shipping fees during checkout before finalising their order.
International customers may be required to cover sales tax, duties, and/or customs fees. The amounts for these
charges depend on the items ordered, their country of origin, your shipping destination, and the total value of
your purchase. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
Since taxes and customs charges can differ by country and state, we suggest reaching out to your local customs
office for details on the relevant fees. rubyPRINCE is not liable for any additional taxes or customs fees incurred during shipping.
Should you refuse the delivery, you will be held accountable for the original shipping costs, any applicable
taxes and duties, as well as return shipping fees. No refunds will be issued for refused deliveries.
These charges are set by the government of your country, not by the courier or postal service.
Shipping times may differ based on the selected shipping method and destination. Once your order is dispatched,
you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of
your delivery.
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged while in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible,
and we will work with you to resolve the issue. As mentioned above however, if you chose delivery without signature,
we are no longer liable for your package in the case of loss, damage, or theft.
