We accept returns for a store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. In order for your return to be eligible it

must be in the original condition you received it, unworn and with tags still attached. 

Please email support@rubyprince-rp.com to initiate this return. Please do not send any items back with out requesting

a return first, these will not be accepted. All sale items and any gift cards are final sale and we cannot accept returns on these. 

Return shipping expenses is the responsibility of the customer.

Our team will confirm the return details once the request has been approved. 

Please make sure you keep track of your returning parcel. This is the customers responsibility.

Returns cannot be processed unless the parcel has been delivered and accepted by us. 

If you have received damaged or faulty items, please email us immediately to provide details (including photos)

and your order number, within 7 days of arrival.
